Starting an account with Inbox Dollars is easy! Once you have an account they will automatically give you $5 for signing up, congratulations! Now, follow the steps below. (If you do not plan to complete all of the steps in one sitting, you may want to bookmark this page now)
- You will NOT need a Paypal account for this site. Start by completing your general profile, interests, and household surveys. It has been a while since I have completed these, but I think they pay around .50 each. They are basically quick and easy to complete and, besides the money they give for filling them out, will open up more targeted surveys and e-mail advertisements.(Don't worry, you get paid for those too!)
- Next, under the "offers" tab at the top of their page you will find "100% free offers", go there. (They are also listed under the "easy cash" tab.) It will bring up around 40+ FREE to sign up offers. These offers pay for signing up to receive newsletters, survey sites, rewards programs, or for other free services. Complete as many as possible. It is a good idea to keep your e-mail open because to get credit for some of these you may have to confirm registration. As a general rule I try to stay away from the ones that ask for a credit card, I am just not as good at remembering to cancel as others. (At the time of this post there are about $20 worth of free, no credit card required offers here.)
- Do you have a printer? If yes then are you in for a treat! Go to the "coupon" section. Select the coupons you like and download the coupon printer. Not only do you get some great coupons, but Inbox Dollars credits your account .10 for each one as well! There are usually around 100 good ones here, which can put $10 into your account and save you some serious coin at the supermarket to boot!
- If you are at the $30 mark, and you should be at least close by this step, go to the "my account" tab and request payment. Payments come by check.After you request your first payment you will get a special $5 "first check" survey, be sure to fill it out.
- Under the "more" tab you will find various updated tasks to do. They are simple little things and can add that extra buck or two you may need to pad your account.
- Do a survey! Under the "surveys" tab you will find surveys that are selected for you, they will range in pay depending on subject and length. Don't worry if you click on one or two and don't qualify because attempting to complete them will get you entered into the monthly sweepstakes.(sweepstakes can be found under the "more" tab.) You will get surveys in your e-mail, too. Try to do as many of these as possible, if only for the sweepstakes entries.
- After you finish with the first few steps you will want to go to the "more" tab again, and select "facebook connect". Here you have the option to share your accomplishments to your FB page. I like to only post one per day, and I find that after work is the best time to get more sign ups. When your friends sign up with the link you will get 10% of what they earn. Do yourself and your friends a favor when posting your links and add the link to our page so they can maximize their free money, and yours in the process!(You will also get extra sweepstakes entries when your friends try for surveys)
- Check your e-mail daily, watch the videos (video tab) and be sure to take advantage of the search bar. They will send up to 5 e-mails a day, each being worth .02. In addition, you are able to do 5 searches a day, worth .01 each. The videos are worth .02 each, too. Now, this may be just pennies, but those pennies will add up to $3-$5 at the end of the month! Every little bit counts, right?
- Under the "more" tab you have "shopping" and "deals". Browse through these and see if you can get some discounts for things you want, or were going to purchase anyways.
- Continue checking e-mails, doing surveys, completing offers, doing tasks, and sharing on FB to keep those checks rolling!
- Download the toolbar and get $1.00, then do searches from the toolbar to earn .15 a day! Who else will pay you to search for the stuff you already look for? You might as well scoop up the free $5 a month, right?
- To kick your earnings into overdrive you will want to refer your friends and family. You want to go the "refer friends" section and look into the referral banners page.
